Dr. Richard Wrangham

One of the world's leading primatologists and anthropologists, Dr. Wrangham is a professor of Biological Anthropology at Harvard University. His work has reshaped the way we view evolution and human behavior. During his graduate studies, Dr. Wrangham studied under Jane Goodall, and his studies alongside Goodall's team have continued to shape his later work. Join us in a conversation with Dr. Wrangham to discuss how cooking and violence—which seem inherent to the human experience—have shaped the course of human evolution.

Dr. Dragana Rogulja

Dr. Rogulja, a brilliant neuroscientist and circadian biologist, is an assistant professor of Neurobiology at the Harvard Medical School Blavatnik Institute of Neurobiology. Dr. Rogulja explores the molecular mechanisms governing sleep in Drosophila melanogaster, and investigates how circadian mechanisms and sensory information work in conjunction to drive behavior. Further, the Rogulja Lab explores the neural circuits linking internal states to motivated behaviors. Join us in a conversation with Dr. Rogulja to understand the relationship between the gut and sleep in flies and humans.
